Some no longer believe that the falling away that the Apostle Paul warned about in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 is a warning to believers. Instead some are teaching that it means that the unconverted world will "fall away from the fundamentals of biblical Christianity." One church has gone so far as to state that its new teaching on this subject sets them apart from what they are calling "false teachers" who teach the historical/biblical position--they also have suggested that those who disagree with them are either not Christian or influenced by Satan. But what does the Bible really teach?
