On all three fronts, the outcome largely hinges on Trump and what guarantees he can provide Israel, as well as what threats he can issue against his and Netanyahu’s adversaries. Trump’s approach to Gaza differs from his stance on Venezuela. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has run point on American policy toward Caracas, advocating an aggressive posture with a steadily escalating use of US military force.
Regarding Gaza, on the other hand, Trump has put special envoy Steve Witkoff in charge.

The shockwave matched the scale of the American coup de force in Venezuela early on the morning of Saturday, January 3. The American military intervention and the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro have threatened to further fracture an already crumbling international order.

In addition to likely difficulties in the USA trying to run Venezuela, there are three unintended consequences to mention here.
The first is that the message that Iran’s Ayatollah likely received is that he may wish to strike out at Israel at a time of his choosing, before Israel, and possibly also the USA, strike out at him. This could trigger the prophesied “great damage’ that is to come to Jerusalem per Isaiah 22:6-9.
Another is that this is concerning the allies of the USA in Latin America–and will push them more towards Europe.
The third is that the Europeans see this attack as an affront to the international order, consider the USA is acting in an illegal manner, and therefore, this attack will be used as additional justification for the Europeans to conclude that they must improve their military capabilities so that Europe, and not the United States will lead the coming world order.
That is something that the Europeans have long wanted to do anyway. But an intended consequence of Donald Trump’s actions and statements has been a more public willingness to state that Europe should lead the world order.

The struggle for hegemony …

Yes, the USA is turning its European allies into enemies, which is consistent with a prophecy in Lamentations 1:1-2:
1 How lonely sits the city
That was full of people!
How like a widow is she,
Who was great among the nations!
The princess among the provinces
Has become a slave!2 She weeps bitterly in the night,
Her tears are on her cheeks;
Among all her lovers
She has none to comfort her.
All her friends have dealt treacherously with her;
They have become her enemies. (Lamentations 1:1-2)
The USA is considered to be great among the nations, but has been turning friends into enemies.
That is an unintended consequence of many of Donald Trump’s statements and actions.

The Bible, itself, teaches that the Assyrians will be used to punish “an hypocritical nation” (or hypocritical people, as the Hebrew can be translated as is done in Bishops’ Bible of 1568) that refuses to repent:
5 O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation. 6 I will send him against an hypocritical nation (Isaiah 10:5–6, KJV).
1 … Israel … 3 … Ephraim 5 … the Assyrian shall be his king, Because they refused to repent. (Hosea 11:1,3,5)
Christians all need to recall that when Jesus came, He clearly condemned the hypocritical religious leaders of His day (e.g. Luke 11:44), more directly than he condemned the physically more obvious sinners (Matthew 9:10–13).
This is not to say that non-Anglo-Saxon-Celtic nations do not have sin or that they will not be punished. The European Assyrians will clearly also be punished, per Isaiah 10:12-19, but the punishment will begin first on those who should have known better. That is, the punishment will begin on those who have claimed to live rightly, but have repeatedly failed to do so. Those who were the people of the covenant with Israel should have striven to be faithful. Those who receive biblical blessings should not be surprised when they receive biblical curses for disobedience (cf. Deuteronomy 28:1-68).
While the gospel warning message will be made fairly clear to the English-speaking peoples by the “Philadelphia Christians,” prior to Daniel 11:39, because the British-American nations are not likely to heed that warning, they will have to answer for their relative lack of response (cf. Ezekiel 33:7-9) and their survivors will be taken captive (cf. Habakkuk 2:7).
That said, a new world order is in the process of being formed–but it will not be the democratic ‘rules-based’ version that many in Europe say they want..
It will be led by a European dictator until Jesus returns (Revelation 17:12-14).
