Cyberattack hits supermarket fridges and freezers in Europe

Dozens of supermarkets in Europe have reported temperatures of their refrigerators and fridges rising overnight, now widely believed to be a cyberattack similar to the one that affected France several weeks ago.
Supermarket chains in Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Ireland have been affected.
The story began with Belgian media reporting on Monday that fridges were turned up to 70 degrees Celsius, resulting in hundreds of thousands of euros worth of food being thrown away.
Belgium’s Centre for Cybersecurity (CCB) told Belgian outlet Belga that it is aware of an incident targeting supermarket refrigeration systems. …
It’s believed cybercriminals carried out the attack between Sunday night and Monday morning, skyrocketing refrigerator temperatures. …
The refrigeration executive said a software update alone is not enough to address the vulnerability, with physical modifications required instead. …
Problems reportedly also occurred at a number of stores of the Swedish supermarket chain ICA last night.
13 SuperValu stores in Ireland were affected by a suspected cyber attack, according to a statement by owner Musgrave.
In Estonia, just one Selver supermarket, according to media reports in the country.
In the Netherlands, the freezing and cooling systems of at least seventeen companies were attacked last night, according to a spokesperson for supplier Danfoss. The identities of the companies were not disclosed.
Delhaize also suspended its ordering systems in Luxembourg as a precaution to prevent a similar incident.

Software programs are subject to being hacked.
Hackers now can utilize Artificial Intelligence to exploit vulnerabilities.
On the last day of Spring this year, I posted that “the coming European Beast power would likely state that part of the reason, for what the Bible calls the mark of the Beast, will be to protect” (Thiel B. The Bible warns:
3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. (1 Thessalonians 5:3-4)
While we tend to consider–correctly–that the above is a warning about the start of the Great Tribulation and what could be called WWIII, I believe that the European King of the North Beast power will point to the ‘mark of the Beast’ as something to protect the citizenry.

Biblical AI Dangers: Pestilence and ‘the Mark of the Beast’?
Are there real risks of Artificial Intelligence that could fulfill biblical prophecies? Researchers have already found that after it was able to learn DNAs pattern from looking at 9 TRILLION nucleotides, AI was able to develop 16 new viruses. Jesus warned of pestilences and could the ride of the fourth horseman of the Apocalypse, which results in the death of a quarter of humanity, involve pestilences developed by AI? Scientists have been working on biological warfare elements for decades–might AI speed that up? Is that a real danger? What about AI’s ability to invade other software? Could this wreak havoc in the world of digital banking and finance? With the European Union requiring all its 27 nations to make a digital wallet available to all EU citizens and residents in 2026, could there be some vulnerabilities that will cause concern? Might the coming European 666 Beast power promise safety with a buying and selling system that involves the right hand or forehead of the human body as a way to protect from AI risks? Since the Bible prophesies a coming mark of the beast, might this be a claimed benefit to get more to accept the mark, which the Bible warns against? Does the Bible’s Book of Revelation Bible, which was written nearly 2,000 years ago, support the view that AI and other technologies would be around in our rime? Could AI be used to enforce 666? The Book of Revelation warns:
16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, 17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. (Revelation 13:16-18)
While threats and pressures will be used to enforce the coming mark of the beast, it will be welcomed by many as a means to protect one’s identity as well as to supposedly protect one’s personal finances.
The cyberattack on supermarkets shows that software can cause physical damage.
There will be more cyberattacks, AI disruptions, etc.
Many people will be scared and will accept the coming mark of the Beast.
The Beast will claim his mark provides safety. It may include some type of electronic mark on the hand.
Do NOT let those who will push the mark of the Beast persuade you it is good for you.
Why?
Because the Bible warns:
9 Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” (Revelation 14:9-11)
1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the bowls of the wrath of God on the earth.”
2 So the first went and poured out his bowl upon the earth, and a foul and loathsome sore came upon the men who had the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. (Revelation 16:1-2)
