Why should non-Catholics care about Marian apparitions? In this clip, Dr. Thiel discusses the influence apparitions have had throughout history, why many are expecting future signs and wonders, and how biblical prophecy warns that deception will play a major role in the end times.

Why should anyone other than Roman Catholics even care about these visions? Because if you live long enough in this century, you're going to find that there's something to this. Claimed Marian apparitions are a much bigger deal than a lot of people realise, and I believe they are warned about through passages in the Bible.
Many people do not realise that Marian apparitions were supposedly partially responsible for the Greco-Roman churches gaining influence over the Church of God area in Asia Minor, as well as in Europe during the Middle Ages.
Many people also do not know that, because of apparitions in Mexico and Russia, nearly all of Latin America became Roman Catholic, and Russia became accepting of icons.
Satan has many in Asia and other places looking for female apparitions. What's going to happen when one or more future Marian apparitions rise up? I think they will help the Beast rise up.
Jesus warned that nearly everyone would be deceived in the end (Matthew 24:24). Apparitions appear to be part of the reason why.
Partially, what Medjugorje itself shows is that despite facts, truth, the Bible, and warnings, people often want to believe what they think they see rather than the truth. This is going to be an even bigger problem in the future as well.
