LONDON (AP) — Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the former British prince who was stripped of his royal titles because of his links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
While Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing in connection with his friendship with Epstein, concerns about Mountbatten-Windsor’s links to the late financier have dogged the royal family for more than a decade. But the arrest of a brother of a monarch was an extraordinary development with no precedent in modern times that will no doubt put more pressure on the crown.
After the arrest, King Charles III said that the law must take its course in the investigation, and he sought to distance the royal family from Mountbatten-Windsor. …

Andrew’s Epstein connections have long dogged the royal family
The late Queen Elizabeth II forced her second son to give up royal duties and end his charitable work in 2019 after he tried to explain away his ties to Epstein during a catastrophic interview with the BBC.
But more details about the relationship emerged in a book published last year, and Charles stripped him of the right to be called a prince and ordered him to move.
Then came the unprecedented announcement last week that Buckingham Palace was ready to cooperate in the event of a police inquiry into Mountbatten-Windsor’s links to Epstein.
Charles was forced to act after the U.S. Justice Department released millions of pages of Epstein documents that revealed the extent of his relationship with Mountbatten-Windsor and showed that their correspondence continued long after Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 to soliciting a minor for prostitution. …

The former Prince Andrew, now Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, was arrested Thursday for suspected misconduct in public office after revelations in the Jeffrey Epstein files. King Charles III’s younger brother was arrested on his 66th birthday, about two weeks after an anti-royal organization called for police to investigate documents indicating that Andrew shared confidential government information with the late American sex offender when the royal worked as a British trade envoy.
The Thames Valley Police force confirmed just over a week ago that it was assessing claims against Mountbatten-Windsor that emerged in the latest release of Epstein files by the U.S. Justice Department to determine whether a formal investigation was warranted.
In a statement on Thursday, the Thames Valley Police confirmed that, “as part of the investigation, we have today (19/2) arrested a man in his sixties from Norfolk on suspicion of misconduct in public office and are carrying out searches at addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk.” It said the man, who it did not name in line with police procedures, “remains in police custody at this time.”
Shortly after 8 a.m. local time (3 a.m. Eastern), six unmarked police vehicles were seen arriving at Wood Farm, Andrew’s new residence on King Charles’ Sandringham estate in Norfolk, eastern England. The Reuters news agency said later that police were also seen Thursday at Royal Lodge, Mountbatten-Windsor’s former residence on the royal family’s Windsor estate near London. …
“This is the king’s brother who has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office — the first senior royal to ever be arrested,” Roya Nikkhah, the royal editor of Britain’s Sunday Times newspaper, told “CBS Mornings,” stressing that it was “quite a moment” in history. …
Emails among the millions of documents released by the U.S. Justice Department on Jan. 30 appear to show the former prince passed on confidential reports on his visits as an official British trade envoy to Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam, including details of investment opportunities.
One email thread shows that after he traveled to Asia, on Nov. 30, 2010, Mountbatten-Windsor forwarded official reports on his visits, sent to him by his then-special adviser Amit Patel, to Epstein, just minutes after he received them. There was no message from the then-prince to Epstein accompanying the forwarded message.

Before going further, let me state that the fact that the USA government had MILLIONS of documents on Epstein-related matters is concerning. Whether this was for being able to pressure (blackmail) people or not, it seems highly excessive related to a criminal matter.

That said, it has been speculated that Bill Gates just changed his plans because of fallout from the release of Epstein-related documents:

The Epstein fallout continues to spread by the day, with billionaire Les Wexner saying he was “conned” by Jeffrey Epstein and insisting he “did nothing wrong” earlier this week, and with Prince Andrew (Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor) being arrested on Thursday morning over allegations that he shared confidential government trade documents with Epstein.
Now, Bill Gates has pulled out of a keynote speech at a high-profile global AI summit in India amid the accelerating Epstein fallout.

“After careful consideration, and to ensure the focus remains on the AI Summit’s key priorities, Mr. Gates will not be delivering his keynote address. The Gates Foundation will be represented by Ankur Vora, President of Africa and India Offices, who will speak later today at the Summit,” Gates Foundation India wrote on X.
The $86 billion philanthropic body’s last-minute decision to yank Gates out of a keynote address follows the billionaire’s involvement with Epstein for several years. …

As far as Epstein matters go, I first reported on them last decade (see Jeffrey Epstein, horrific crimes, shame, and scandal).

Now, I do not know what King Charles’ brother is actually guilty of–and maybe he is not guilty of anything the world considers to be a crime–the same can be said of Bill Gates. But the following scripture came to mind today, “be sure your sin will find you out” (Numbers 32:22).

And that reminded me of something else.

Regarding the end times, the Bible warns:

The above seems to apply to many involved in this and other horrible matters.

Such things, like prostitution, fornication, rape, adultery, etc., should never have been done.

Repentance is needed.
