Chad Branton discusses literal and allegorical interpretation of scripture. He gives example of while the Beast of Revelation is allegorical, there is a literal totalitarian leader that it points to. He mentions that Christians need discernment that is enabled by the Holy Spirit and God's teachers in the church. He stated that Christians needed to surrender to the truth of the word of God, be careful to prove all things, and be teachable. He also quoted many scriptures about the word of God.
